Once you enter your order number and zip code, please select Item is broken or damaged as your return reason. Please click the 'Shop Now' button, select your replacement piece(s), and proceed to checkout. Once your replacement order is submitted, we will email you a return label within one business day. Your new order will be shipped automatically within 5-7 business days after we receive your return package. All replacements covered under our warranty are subject to a $15 shipping and handling fee.
